Here is the organization of the Royal Luthorian Navy, based off of US Ranks and organization.
Grand Admiral of the Navy
Fleet: Admiral, 2 or more Squadrons
Squadrons: Rear-Vice Admiral, made up of no less than 10 ships
Ranks for individual ships:
Captain
Commander
Lt. Commander
Lieutenant
Ensign
Ranks will be approved of by the Minister of Defense and or the King. After the constitutional convention, the head of gov't will also be included in this.
