This issue was never seconded in the Public Discussion so therefore it should not be here.

I made the initial motion, Mr. Akoni's was the second.

Minister Clark is correct in saying this.

I really enjoy the look of the new forums. The one question I have is whether or not there is a way to have a banner on the new forums. I noticed that our holiday greeting is there so I assume we will be able to still have our logo or national seal, but I was still a bit curious about the news fader.

If you go back and look at the post, Mr. Alexander made a motion. There was no clear second, therefore this can no longer continue without a second. Mr. Alexander you will have to modify your post of the motion so it reflects a second to Minister Clark's.
Thank You and Humbly,

Mr. Kilikopela,
I made the determination that his motion was enough, as it is my decision to make. Should you choose to not continue in the discussion that is ok, but this is a legal discussion and it will continue until the parliament as a whole shuts it down.
Mr. Akoni,
A news fader may be an option, I am looking into a method of "installing" it.

Let's of course make our change based on a news fader. That is why we are using proboards now.

Many people like the news fader. I would appreciate it if you would enlighten us as to the apprehension of moving the forums.

I apologize for the confusion. I went back and re-examined my post and I did make a motion rather than a second. However, as Minister Clark pointed out, it is his prerogative to determine what is a second and what is a motion. I give him my full permission to interpret my previous post as a second rather than a motion.

Right so I think that it would be infinitely easier to just keep the forums that we have.

Ease of use does not out weigh the ease of administration. With the new forums we will be able to allow for better access to admin powers.
The skin, or design can be changed much easier, as there are skins that have been pre-configured.
Another reason that I want to move is the ease of economy. On the current forums, if we pay $7.00 in the middle of the month it expires at the end of the month, not when the promised page views are up.
I am tired of the gay marriage question looming above our forum, it is time for us to be released to decorate it on our own forum. The time is now for us to choose for ourselves.

So you want to change forums and make it harder on everyone because you have a bigoted view against same sex relationships? Thats real mature I can see how that would make sense. Oh wait that makes no sense! The solution to paying the subscription is to pay at the begining of the month not in the middle. That would stop the oh so offending gay marriage adds that you seem to despise so much. You really do need to put some things into perspective if that bothers you so much.

I agree. I do not see the point in uprooting everyone simply b/c there is a particular ad that you don't like. If you are that concerned about it then you can pay the bill at the beginning of the month and not during the middle. If your whole point is that you can't pay a bill at a certain point then I find it hard that you can lead our nation.

Just because someone doesn't have money at a certain point does not mean that they are a bad leader.

I would like to point out the fact that I listed multiple reasons and you have only focused on one. My personal feeling are involved just like anyone else's.
I may have a bigoted view, in your eyes, but at least I stand up for what I believe in and not criticize a person's moral beliefs.

Regardless of personal views, I like the features of InvisionFree better. It would make it easier for a transfer of power, should I step down one day. It would have a separate admin account, and persons in power, such as the king and the minister of state, would both have access to it.
And as far as that stupid, annoyin add goes, it is not the Minister of State's primary reason for wanting to move. I don't think that you should make an issue of it.

Are we going to move forward with discussion, or are we ready to vote?

This is still apart of the continued business. No motion to vote will be accepted until, this matter has been open for another 4 days.

I would like to make it known, that the new forum is up and running. z9.invisionfree.com/Luthoria/index.php, here is the link. I encourage all delegates to register and to begin looking around. On the new site, there will be a post waiting for you, please leave all your comments there, and come back and begin new discussion. I want to let you know, that you will not be able to see all of the board at first, as the permissions are already set into place, once you register you will see the forum as a basic member would, when I login again, I will make modify your permissions so that you can access the restricted sections that your permissions allows you to see.
