I have to say that part of Luthoria's growth and activity problem stems from the fact that we haven't worked hard on building community.
Most micronations will fail if they just focus on the government and legislating, which is, as to date, what we've pretty much done here.
So, I think we should all take time to just get to know one another as people.
So, I figured I'd start. For those who don't know me in real life, I am an 18 year old history-education major in my second semester at college. I am from a small town in Oklahoma, though I no longer live there. I like history and politics, which is part of why I like micronations. I also like to create things, especially maps and flags (i've become sort of a flag collector in the last few years. my wall is covered with flags). My faith is a central part of who I am, and tends to be the basis of most decisions (though I'll admit not all. I am by NO means perfect).
I like animals, especially dogs ( i have two). I like to swim, to read (really into alternate history books the past few years). I also like to get on the computer a lot (no suprise there).
Anyway, that's me in a nutshell. So now lets here about the rest of you!

Oh this is going to be fun!
I am a 17 year old senior in a high school that is not in my home town.
I plan on majoring in Early Childhood Education hopefully starting this summer!
I like English, Science, Math, and Politics, but I'm really just here for all the controversy. (Ok well not just for the controversy.)
As for faith, if there is a God who am I to try and define just exactly what said entity wants so I guess you could say that makes me somewhat of a nonbeliever, but I believe I just don't know what. I know that makes no sense, but thats just who I am. For those hardcore theologians I don't want to make you mad, but every argument that has ever been brought to me to get me to believe what you do is based on circular logic and therefore doesn't even stand a chance of convincing me to believe your way. I mean seriously you say to believe because of the Bible, I say who wrote the Bible, you say a man did but that he was divinely inspired, I ask how you know that and you say the Bible says it. How exactly does that make sense? I could say I was divinely inspired to kick somebody in the face, and even put it in a book, but it doesn't make it true. I'm not ragging on anybody I think that it's cool if you believe in something higher so completely, I am just saying that I am not thoroughly convinced enough to devote my life to something like that. Open to talking about it, but skeptical all the same.
I like to read (Just about anything, but lately James Patterson has been pretty awesome!) UMMM...Computers and video games are also up there. I also like to spend time outside just doin' whatever, sometimes I walk or read or sit and think or work with my sheep (I live on a small sheep farm). Things like that, but usually not work with the sheep they are kinda boring.
There is lots more that I can't think of right now, but that is the basics.

My name is Owen Blake. I am no stranger to Luthoria, only on a short sabatical. I am 19 years old, majoring in English Education with minors in Psychology as well as Humanities. I am also working on my Ordination with the Assemblies of God. I enjoy reading, swimming when the weather permits, and having deep philosophical discussions with friends. Some of my favorite places to be are Hawaii, Switzerland, Ireland, and Italy. Occasionally I find Greece somewhat fulfilling. There is also the Holy Land! Anyway, that is just some of who I am. Most of you already know all of this anyway though.

Well, at 16, I'm pretty sure I'm the youngest here. I obviously am still in high school, but I'm able to sound a lot older/smarter behind a keyboard than I am in real life. I'm not really a believer in organized religion, but I still have deep moral convictions (or so I think). I'm kind of an athlete, but not amazingly athletic. I used to be a swimmer, so I'm still decent at that. I'm currently throwing javelin and shotput for my school's track team, which I know isn't a real sport. I also play rugby and american football during other athletic seasons. I like books by Wilbur Smith, an amazing author. I like to pretty much any music, besides country and classical. I used to be a pretty decent student, until I transfered to a private school, where I am having some issues with the staff, luckily, I get to transfer back into the real world next year. Oh, and I'm interested in the military and plan on enlisting between high school and college.

I would say my age and school stuff like the rest of you did, but I rarely put information like that on the internet. You might laugh, but it's better safe than sorry. I am incredibly interested in music. I love almost all ethnic groups and genres up until the eighties, after that it's iffy. I love Ireland. Someday, I hope to visit. Éire go Brách! I find folklore, language, and other cultural studies to be interesting as well. God is very important to me. I don't turn to Him as often as I should, but I'm trying.
