Welcome. It is good to hear from you. Alexandria must not have heard that Luthoria has offically merged with the Ocian Federation, as of this past weekend. We still have local control, including keeping our monarchy, but our foreign affairs are now one and the same with Ocia's. You should know that one of our own has been appointed as the new Ocian Exterior Minister, and I hope that we can keep our good relations with Alexandria under this new arrangement. In fact, since I am running in the upcomming Ocian General Election next week, I intend to ensure it, if I can.
If you have any more questions, please let me know, and I'll be happy to help.
By the way, the Luthorian News Network should fill you in on a lot of the details.
