I think it would be a good idea if we continiued to have the Three Ministers after we end the 'crisis'. Still having the Vice-Ministers and the Minister of State. I think it would create more jobs and it would allow more checks and balances. The Vice-Ministers would report to one of the three ministers and then they would report to the Minister of State. i think it could work, are there any comments about it.
Thank You and Humbly,

I think that this sounds like an interesting proposal in theory, but in practice I don't know that we have enough people for both the Vice Ministries and the First, Second and Third Ministries.

I would propose that the Three Ministers run their agencies until Vice-Ministers can be chosen.

I disagree with this. There is no reason for the three ministers to continue their service one the MoS is chosen. I have already begun to choose my cabinet, should the nation give me honor of serving again.

Both candidates, in my opinion, should have a cabinet list ready, should they be chosen, so that their choices can be approved of quickly. On top of that, I have no intention of keeping the interim government in place one the new Minister of State and new Parliament are in office (in other words, the 3 ministers currently in opperation will cease to exist as government poistions after April 7, 2008)

I am simply saying that we have the Three Ministers as a fall back. The MOS would be in charge but even Mr. Clark was having problems when he was in that role. I just think that someone to back up the MOS wouldn't hurt. Maybe even a Vice-Minister of State.

It may sound good, but all in all it makes life complicated. I have had the luxury to serve as a manager in multiple businesses, so let me make this clear, over complication is too expensive. It costs in time and money, fake or not, and that will lead to failure.
Even adding a Vice-Minister of state is too much. The issues that I had were limited. Limited to the fact that we had two active persons besides myself, and both of them were not in the parliament. With the low attendance of government employees I did not have the authority to do half any of the things I wanted to do.
We have had no issues with the way things have been running, or if we have people have been silent. I quote an old saying in the US, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

It might be different if we had say 100 citizens, with 25 to 50 of them active. As it is, we have 8 citizens of varying degrees of activity. If we were to keep the 3 minister system ontop of the current system, we would just be doubling up positions, and it is very likely the people in the 'royal cabinet' would make up the Ministry of State. Not much of a fall back.
