Ladies and Gentlemen of the United Kingdom of Luthoria,
For too long, our signature (and only) University has sat around and collected dust, being totally unused. Well no more. Today I am hereby taking control of the RLU, as Chancellor of the University.
It is my intention to transform our university into an internationally recognized and acclaimed institution, something that this nation can be proud of.
I am hereby establishing the following departments that will make up this institution:
Department of Social Science (ie History, Geography, and Government)
Department of Arts & Languages
Department of Math & Science
These departments will be expanded and separated as the country grows and we have more people.
I will start accepting applications from citizens who are interested in leading these departments.
Those who are hired will receive an honorary doctorate in their field after 3 months of service
Now, I know people are wondering, ‘what is the point of having an operational university in a micronation, and how will it work?’
It will work like this:
Since holding classes for this institution online is impractical, the Professors will simply issue ‘lectures’ on their respective fields of study to be viewed by the citizens at large. This can include both macro & micro national topics.
It will be my intention to also further our culture through the university, so the DSS and the DA&L will work to further our culture.
The DM&S will be used to further our scientific development with research and inventions (ie: when, in Emeraldia, Nathaniel Trimbel ‘tested’ Emeraldia’s first airplane)
I hope that you will all join in and support his effort to better Luthoria.
