Ladies and Gentlemen of Luthoria,
I am hereby announcing our Immigrant Initiative to encourage immigration to Luthoria.
All new Immigrants will receive 1,000 marks and 1 Acra of land upon becoming a citizen.
All current citizens will recieve this as a sort of back pay for joining Luthoria.
To facilitate the land service, I am hereby establishing the Royal Land Office, which will be operated by the 2nd Minister, and the Vice Ministry of State for Internal Affairs, once the consitution is restored.
Thank you all for your time, and for your continued support in rebuilding Luthoria.
