Ladies and Gentlemen,

I hereby appoint Mr. Akoni Hokulani as the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the United Kingdom of Luthoria. Mr. Hokulani will officially take office upon the approval of Parliament, but I would like him to go ahead and take on the duties of the Foreign Minister effective immediately as the Interim Foreign Minister.
