Ladies and Gentlemen, I am hereby establishing the Royal Historical Society. Furthermore, I am merging the Emepalkia Institute with the RHS. I am also establishing the National Historical Center and National Museum. The NHC will be run and operated by the RHS, and will run both the Emepalkia Museum, and the National Museum.
