Ladies and Gentlemen,
During the period of Convention, My Cabinet and I will be directly running all affairs of the government. Most of our attention will be focused on the Convention itself, but should certain issues need to be addresses, the Cabinet and myself will address them as they arise. If any person thinks that someone else has wronged them in anyway that would warrant a trial, please report it to the Minister of Justice, and it will be brought before the myself and the other ministers. Depending on the offense, the Minister of Justice will either hear the case directly, or, in more sever cases, Myself, the Minister of Justice, and the Minister of the Interior will hear the case together.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Why is it that I can't just preside over the cases?

I have to agree here. The laws in place say that the Supreme Court Judge presides over cases. The vote to dissolve the government, did not dissolve everything, it merely took the Prime Ministers position away, and put the king in direct control.
I agree with me Bishop in this case.

The vote was to dissolve the government....and the supreme court is part of the government. Therefore.......

Please don't try and leave the issue without saying what you think. That just kinda makes you sound, dare I say it? Stupid.

What he is saying that when the government dissolved so did the supreme court. The Ministry of Justice is a temporary agency until the new government is in place.

Correct. I sort of figured that it was obvious.

How is the Ministry of Justice in charge of it? Are they not part of the government?

the monarchy and the royal cabinet were NOT dissolved. at any rate, why are we making such a big deal out of all this? it's not like we are likely to have anybody sue anybody else.

That, my friend, is not the point. The point is that the Government was dissolved, that is, everyone, but the Monarch. Note that it was just the Monarch that gets to keep their job not the Monarch and the Royal Cabinet. I just want people to do what is agreed upon by the nation...not what thy feel like doing.

We didn't dissolve the power of the Monarch. The Monarch is in control as of right now and he has issued a decree. The decree is to be followed.

I am just wondering if you don't have 'hidden' motives as to your ardent support of the King.

I am not supporting the King, I am supporting the laws of this nation. He created an agency and you don't like it. Get over it.

Gentlemen, please settle down.
I agree that the King needs to spread the power around a little, but bickering is going to get you no where.
Better ask in private Mr. Bishop, other wise you will get a "sticklers" answer.
