GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Ladies and Gentlemen of Luthoria,
Until the convention passes a constitution, I hereby decree that our interim government shall operate under the currently proposed constitution that is currently being debated. I will appoint ministers and other officials to fill the offices, and those officialls shall hold their positions until after the constitutional convention is over. At that point, elections will be held, and any changes that were made to the proposed constitution will go into affect at that time.
As of now, all current ministers will remain on as Vice Ministers of State in their current capacity. I also hereby appoint Mr. Akoni Alexander as the Interim Minister of State. Mr. Bishop shall serve as Interim Cheif Justice.
