Ladies and Gentlemen of New Hawai'i
I hereby establish the Emepalkia Institute and Museum. The Emepalkia (which is Hawaiian for Emeraldia) Institute is created in memory of the Irish Republic of Emeraldia, a micronation which ceased to exist about a week ago, and whose land we will be occupying on the Geographical Standards Organization map. This nation was founded by several ex-Emeraldians. This Institution will honor that former nation's memory, and will serve as a reminder to all as to what can happen when friends don't resolve their issues peacefully. This Institute will 1.) Opperate a Museum/Memorial to Emeraldia here on our forums and 2.) Serve as a peace-keeping corps. to opperate around the micro-world to prevent what happened in Emeraldia from happening again.
Until further notice, I will serve as head of this Institute, but I do wish to transfer this position to someone else when the someone else becomes available to take the position.
