I would like to put up for discussion where we have to actually have to have a majority of the Parliament Delegates votes in order for anything to actually pass due to the lack of votes in the last four polls. This discussion is now open

I think it is a great idea and if there is no further discussion, I move for a vote.

A vote may not happen for 48 hours.

True, but someone can make a a motion ahead of time inn order to get things going faster.

I however am extending this topic for 1 week. This seems a bit trite, and what you are suggesting is that we have to have 3 delegates vote on anything to make it pass.
That is not how it works, the majority of the votes, cast within the time alloted, are the votes that count. Many of us miss the votes because we are not active enough, if we were on daily I could agree with this, but until then it seems that we are going to be spinning our wheels a lot.

The obvious solution to that is to extend the time allowed to vote.

We give two days for each vote, I intend to leave it the way it is, it works there is no real reason to change it.

It works? Are you serious? One person voted in the last four votes! How does that show that it works? It doesn't! It shows that it doesn't work!
