Article IV. Supreme Court of Luthoria
Section 4.01 Definition
(a) The Supreme Court of Luthoria will be the highest court of the Kingdom.

(c) Each side will be allowed to give opening statements before the court, call at least 2 witnesses, be allowed to cross examine the witnesses called, and give closing arguments.
(d) After hearing closing arguments, the Chief Justice will be given at least 36 hours to make a decision.
(e) Should the verdict be found unsatisfactory by either side, they may appeal to the Reigning Monarch for a new trial, and the Reigning Monarch will preside over the trial instead. The verdict of the new trial will stand and be final.

It seems to me that the last parts of all the articles are stating to look the same...Unnecessarily complicated. Here is my suggestion of change:

(ii) Upheld: The decision of the Supreme Court stands
(iii) Upon the ruling of the monarch, it is final and may not be vetoed, changed, overturned, or challenged in any way.
