I have some serious issues with the whole posting in locked threads. First off, only you and I can do it in the first place, so the law is a bit superflewous. Secondly, the only time I post in a locked thread is after a vote, when I note my ROYAL approval.

On top of all that, I think that a Penal Code should be approved of by Parliament, before it goes into affect. Does anyone else agree?

I agree with you in this matter. I mean of course it should go before the Parliament...I thought all things like that HAD to go before Parliament.

I am sorry that you feel that way. I would like to point out that the Prime Minister can make decrees as well. I would also like to point out that I established this as a temporary measure until the Minister of Justice can come up with a more permenant solution.

I don't think that you should be able to just simply lock threads whenever you feel like it. If there is something important that needs to be said then it's just to bad? I don't like that concept and I think that all things but Royal decress have to go through Parliament.

I understand how you feel. I only lock discussion once they have been taken to vote, and the vote themselves after they are complete, I have yet to lock something illegally. That was my first decree, and I did it to start getting some procedures in place.
Secondly, all my decrees do go to the parliament, in a way. We have checks and balances, any member of the parliament may bring up the fact and move to have one of them overturned. It may not be voted into existence, but it can be taken out of existence.
I am sorry that you do not like the way things are running, I am getting ready to set up a parliamentary procedure, I hope that this will be more to your liking.
