Citizens of the Emeraldian Province,

I come to you today to announce the plans of this office and your governor which are to enter into negotiations with both the Ministry of the Interior as well as the Parliament to discuss the possibility to re-establish the land registrar and ownerships once possessed within the nation of Emeraldia. I see it as only fitting that our province lead the way in this area since we are after all the province that represents Emeraldia! I hope I have your support in this matter look forward to seeing us progress even more than we already have. God Bless Luthoria and her people!!!

I think that perhaps we should not bring up the old land stuff, but we should just start over. Partly because all of my land was in the middle island of Luthoria, and also because that way we can keep the old Emeraldia separate from Luthoria.

I will be sure to mention this to the King. I agree that we should probably restart with fresh land claims being able to be made. I however will most likely keep my same territory as it is already in the Emeraldian province. Thank you for showing such an interest in this matter. It is greatly appreciated.
