Since there is no one else in my province and I have the most posts, I declare myself Governor and am looking forward to working closely with the current administration.

I would regret to inform you, that the king can only declare you governor. He has not taken this right yet.

Aedan is now the governor. Prince Kilikopela, you don't acctually live in Luthoria. You live in the colony, which, while represented by Luthoria's delegate in Parliament, is administerd by the King as a separate entity.
