Mr. Prime Minister,
Could you please assist us in creating the proper place to discuss this topic?

There is a vote going on to over turn the King's veto, if it does not pass, then a discussion will be created, until that time, the discussion will be put on hold.

You do not have the power to put the discussion on hold. It has been motioned and seconded, a spot must be opened for discussion.

While that may be your opinion, since the vote was vetoed, I created a poll to see if we wanted it overruled. We do not have a procedure for such things. Since it had been unprecedented, I made the decision, as I am in charge of the parliament. I thank you for you opinion in the matter, but my decision stands, and I will do it the same way next time.

If something is motioned and seconded it doesn't matter if there is a precedence for the issue or not it had to go forward.

Anyway, since the veto was upheld, I would now like to ask if the Parliament would pass a law Declaring English the PRIMARY language, with Gaelic, German, and Hawaiian as SECONDARY official languages. Thank you very much.

If something is motioned and seconded it doesn't matter if there is a precedence for the issue or not it had to go forward. The vote was already in progress. Until a procedure has been made, this is the way that I felt it needed to be handled. I am sorry if that is not the majoroty opinion.

So, what you are saying is that the majority opinion doesn't matter? Or am I misunderstanding you, Mr. Prime Minister?

I am dropping the matter. I did what I did, I am not sorry for the way I did it.

But you do recognize the fact that you should be. Because if you didn't you would not say that you are not sorry.
