I make a motion that we ask each of the nominees to present the Luthorian citizens with some sort of speech describing what they would like to see accomplished should they be elected. I think this is a fair request from a concerned citizen so I therefor motion we ask the nominees to post some sort of agenda and why they think they are the best choice for this office.

Nominations are now close. Mr. Minister, I think that your suggestion is an excelent one. Elections will commence on Wednesday at 10:00am. In the mean time, I would like to request that all three candidates post some sort of speach or agenda as to what the hope to accomplish from now until April. Thank you all very much.

Ummm...This will probably be the last time that I can get on the computer this week and this is not for very long. I will be preparing to go out of state for a meeting, but I will try. I can not however make any promises that I will have something ready and posted by your deadline.

I would like to respectfully request, that we suspend this request since not all the nominated individuals will be able to get their messages posted.
So I motion that we move straight into voting, this way we can do the nominations of the parliament and possibly have them done by Saturday and then hold the elections on Monday, ending on Wednesday, and they can convene on the Monday after Thanksgiving as planned.
In the event of a run off I suggest that we have the speeches/addresses made then?
Who do we think?

I agree with Mr. Clark. This is a very busy week and I will not be able to access the internet as much as I would like.

I am glad that one person does.
I am sorry if this disappoints everyone, but I have been heading up chauffeuring and funeral planning with a member of the church who's father died, so I get about an hour a day to be on the net, most of which I spend logged in to work, checking my e-mail there, and placing customers orders.
I hope that we can move forward with no issues.

I love how our candidates slide their way out of making promises they know they will never keep. Nice move, I am not sure I would want any of you as our leaders if you cannot even find the time to say a few words. How then will you find the time to run the country?
