Proclamation of Governance,
Ali'i Aupuni o Hawai'i Hou
Since this kingdom was founded to be a pre-overthrough of the modern Hawai'in Kingdom, this kingdom shall eventually be governed by one of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Hawai'i, probably the Constitution of 1840. However, this document needs to be edited to fit a micronational situation, while still carrying the spirit of this original constitution. Until such time as this revised 1840 constitution is written, the Ali'i Aupuni o Hawai'i Hou will be a direct Monarchy, ruled by the reigning monarch directly. It will be up to the monarch to establish all ministries and services for the kingdom.
